unsigned but attributed to Roger Jean Pierre and most likely created for Balenciaga in the 1960s

Antique Victorian Woven Gold Snake Bangle Moonstone This is the only exampleA wonderful antique bracelet dating to the mid Victorian period. The wrap around bracelet features a detailed repose gold plated snake head and tail with a woven mesh body. The head of the snake is set with turquoise stones with two little pink paste eyes. The bangle is a misshapen off the wrist (please see picture 8) but it sits perfectly well when worn on the wrist. It is best suited to a wrist circumference of 7 9 inches. Rough Circumference 7
