As a result the final product differs each and every release due to the terroir of the plantation. Not over powered by barrel aging this anejo is a pristine example of top shelf tequila. Ocho anejo tequila is the result of un parrelled attention to detail in every step of the production process. Over ripe agaves are hand selected from single
