The vertebra is matrix free and measures 44 mm (1. 75 inches) across, which is large for this fossil type. The bone is well preserved and has been prepared using air abrasive techniques to remove all matrix. It has good detail in its preservation with some pre fossilisation wear, and a nice light brown colour. These fossils were first
