This has resulted in a small amount of spritzig

so after the agave is roasted for around 10 days and double distilled

before the shells start to harden

The whiskey shows wonderful aromas of vanilla

Formerly known as Ridgemont Reserve, 1792 is a bourbon distilled in Bardstown and named for the year that Kentucky became a state. A bit of a hidden gem, this high rye whiskey has aromas of caramel, cinnamon and vanilla on the nose that are reflected on the palate and lead to a long spicy finish.
