It has a calming motion, as the two sets of bells on either side of the clock face slowly swing back and forth and the decorative Swarovski crystal wheel below continuously rotates. Its wrapped in a champagne plastic frame with golden chrome details and clear decorative patterned windows. As the music plays, LED lights
