Forged Chef's Knife flint_striker The flower measure approximately 3I forge these chef's knives to shape out of high carbon steel and forge the bevel. The blade is about 8" long and the handle is about 4" long. I file in a decorative design on the spine by hand. After grinding and heat treating I hand sharpen these to a razor's edge. It is available with a walnut, cherry, or maple wood handle.
