Tapehead are a new Rochester punk band made up of members of Brown Sugar and Rational Animals. These guys play my favourite kind of punk rock. Like a faster Dead Boys, these guys play swingin late 70s influenced punk with slashing guitars, a ton of attitude and a little Pagans grit. Total early New York via Cleveland punk on this beefy two songer with a little Darby drawling snear on the vox; especially on the B side.
