His great grandfather made still wines sold to large houses; his grandfather Marcel began keeping their wines in 1933. Yann and wife Severine treat their 6. 3 hectares across nine villages like gardens, achieving organic certification in 2020. The terroir features softer "tuffeau" chalk similar to the Loire, producing firmer, more
