Luke's Cider - Barrel Project No1: Rum Cask 2022 Single Malt balanced with a smoothThis cider was a carefully selected blend of three cider apples from the 2022 harvest: Dabinett, Chisel Jersey and Tremletts Bitter which were aged in rum casks for 6 months and then bottle conditioned. The result is a cider with wonderful balance, retaining the complex character of the apples chosen whilst having developed a delightful depth imparted from the rum casks. 1 x 75cl 8%ABV
