Due M Bianco 2022 wine Moscato and Vermentino macerated forDue M is a pure Muscat, from a mass selection of the ancient local variety, characterized by a small, early ripening bunch, harvested from the Vigna Grande plot. The grapes are harvested ripe, golden, and vinified partly with a carbonic whole bunch maceration, and partly with a classic maceration on the skins, after destemming.
