The bevel mirror plate is original to the piece and is in good vintage condition with small areas of spot foxing making it very useable

Spinning bench Single beds The glass dome lid liftsA curious little bench with a very well made large cog mechanism on one side; the wooden handle turns, very smoothly, to rotate the top metal rod. The patina is particularly beautiful. We aren't quite sure what this was used for so would welcome any suggestions! Heavy and solid. From the Loire Valley.
