The nose is spoiled with fruity tones of ripe peach and sweet pears and apples. These aromas are mirrored on the palate and wonderfully complemented by caramel and vanilla notes that round off this cuve. An intense finish with a beautiful length ends this play of aromas "for the time being". Grapes: 35% Roussanne, 30% Clairette, 27% Grenache Blanc & 8% Bourboulenc
