As a Colorado native I'm drawn to minerals from this area and in particular specimens from the Sweet Home Mine - It's common knowledge the Sweet Home Mine has produced what many consider to be the finest rhodochrosite specimens ever discovered

I do know for certain it’s from that original find era and because of Uli’s prominence in the area it’s likely from the original area and time frame

This particular specimen only has a couple quartz points but the intergrown fluorite cubes measure a healthy 3cm on edge

There are 4 perfect topaz crystals emanating from the albite matrix with the largest measuring 3cm
