5th Grade Fitness and Health W Rather than building for entertainment5th Grade Fitness and Health helps students engage in physical activity while developing the knowledge and skills needed to explore what it means to live a healthy life. Students learn about the benefits of regular physical activity and the importance of physical fitness. Each day, students participate in 30 minutes of physical activity and practice new fitness skills weekly to improve flexibility, coordination, strength, and aerobic endurance.
