Fishing Fleet, Cape Palliser Macetown and it shows my journeyAt Ngawi, near Cape Palliser on the rugged Wairarapa coast, a working fishing fleet is hauled straight onto the black sand beach by bulldozer. This exposed southern tip of the North Island has no harbour to shelter the boats.
