The scouring, spinning and skeining took place in Texas, Pennsylvania and Maine, overseen by bestselling author and "wool whisperer" Clara Parkes. It was hand dyed in New York by Debbie of Murky Depths Dyeworks. There are approximately 355 yards per 4 ounce skein. The ideal stockinette gauge for this yarn is 6 to 6. 5 stitches per
