Cristom, Pinot Noir "Eileen", 2023 Potensac Offer A historical moment captured inCristom has been one of Oregon's benchmark Pinot estates since Paul Gerrie founded it in 1992, with Steve Doerner formerly of Calera at the cellar from day one. The estate sits in the Eola Amity Hills, and the four single vineyard "estate family" Pinots are each named for a female ancestor of Paul's. Eileen, named for Paul's wife, is the highest block on the property, climbing past 700 feet on basalt soils first planted in 1997 and expanded in 2006.
