Vintage West Auckland Sapich Bothers Fruit Box Labels Advertising The special place of tuataraThese rare and beautifully illustrated, colourful fruit box advertising labels date from the 1960s and 70's, a golden age of fruit production and wine making in the Oratia region of the Waitakere foot hills, West Auckland. Very few vineyards and orchards remain today, though the ruins of the former Sapich Bros Estate are still visible on West Coast Road. These paper labels measure 180mm square. They will look brilliant framed singly or as a cluster.
