Sourced from 35 year old vines at 280 meters above sea level, this wine expresses the calcareous soils and the precision driven philosophy of one of the most artisanal voices in the denomination. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by approximately one month of skin maceration. The wine
