Glazed stoneware. Sculptural Ufo style lamp bases, blue glaze with olive green brown colour effects. Very rare model ! Model Nr 1070, manufactured by Sholm Stentj (Soholm pottery) on the island of Bornholm, Denmark. Design probably by Einar Johansen. Sholm Stentj, which means Soholms sandstone, was founded in 1835 by Herman Sonne Wolffsen and Edvard Sonne. The name Sholm, comes from the
