New Day Crew Socks Nooksack Starry Night (with gold foil)Weaving is an important part of Ojibwe culture, with beautiful graphic designs showing up in fingerweaving, loom beadwork, and cedar mats. Artist Giizh Agaton Howes (Anishinaabe Ojibwe) was inspired by the designs and colors of her peoples historic beadwork to create our New Day design for both her New Day Wool Blanket and these gorgeous New Day Crew Socks. The idea of creating a modern design based on historic weaving techniques and patterns has
