Made from fresh pressed sugarcane juice, Diaspora Cos Madhur Jaggery is naturally farmed in Pargaon, Maharashtra, where mineral rich soil and careful harvesting yield a jaggery with complex notes of toffee, caramel, and earth. Grown by the Randive family on a biodiverse 10 acre farm, the cane is juiced and cooked using its own leftover fibre as fuel, then
