Las Pedreras Los Linarejos Parajes del Valle this attractive wine has heapsFrom Sirra de Gredos, 'Linarejos' is comprised of mostly Albillo Real grapes (94%), with a little Palomino Fino (6%). Albillo Real supplies a velvety texture supporting refreshing flavours of fresh white fruit, with floral undertones. The vineards grow in Cebreros, in pink, granatic, sandy soil, managed with dry harvesting practices. This lends the wine its granite like minerality and mouth feel.
