ਚਤਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਭੋਲੇ ਵਰਗੇ ਰਾਕਸ਼ਸਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ। ਇਹ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਔਰਤ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਅਜੋਕੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿਚ ਔਰਤ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਹਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਲਗਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਹੁਣ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਵਰਗੇ ਲੇਖਕ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੇ ਕੋਈ ਚੰਗੀ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਖਦਾ ਪਰ ਇਹ ਨਾਵਲ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਇਹ ਵਹਿਮ ਵੀ ਨਿਕਲ ਗਿਆ।
