The below deck adjuster directs the backstay control under the deck and forward, allowing easy adjustment from either side of the cockpit. Installation will require some cutting of the deck, and either inspection ports or creativity for accessing the aft underdeck. Adjuster consists of Harken 2638, 2639, 287, 340, 350, and 197 blocks. Includes adjuster, line, safety wire (attaches backstay directly to chainplate), and
