Organic Polwarth Roving (Top) -Stellar's Jay - 4.8 oz. UVA_protection Merino/ Camel/ silk/ faux cashmere/I find this easier to spin than merino. A subtle but beautiful fiber. This organic Polwarth is 22 microns and has amazing bounce. It Polwarth is a breed of sheep that was developed in Australia in the late 1800's they are 3 4 merino blood lines and 1 4 lincoln. it has the hand and softness of merino and a slight luster of lincoln . The wool was selected from two family farms on the Falkland islands( UK) and measures an incredible 22 microns. Sheep
