The piece is in good condition with a strong frame. There is some slight wear commensurate with use as well as 2 previous splits which have been repaired. 1 split is located on the top of the bow and another on the seat. It also ever so slightly has a rock, but nothing major. The chair measures 65cm W x 60cm D x 76. 5cm H
