Akashi-tai Honjozo Tokubetsu Gohyakumangoku Sake 72cl Emporia Brands This Mermaid Gin is broughtTo produce this Sake Akashi tai use a Gohyakmangoku Rice and lightly mill 40% of the original Rice so only 60% is used for the production. The result is a much lighter style Sake which is refreshing with notes of Citrus Lime and Lemon and just a hint of Straw in the undertone.
