Horned Dorset Roving - 4oz beginning Oregon grown and milledThis Horned Dorset wool was grown here in by Silver Creek Lambscapes. This breed of sheep is on the Livestock Conservancy list of threatened sheep breeds. It is a lovely natural white. Dorset Horned is a down breed and this fiber is a wonderful example. Lots of squish to it that will be a joy to spin and will have the most incredible bloom after spinning and soaking. It does not felt easily making it a great wool for socks or other high friction wear.
