The horns are curved, stand vertically, and can swivel on the base. They are almost 2 feet tall, but lightweight, and easily adjustable, so they can be used for decoration almost anywhere. Made by Chapman in 1976 and in good vintage condition with some discoloration on the brass. Measures 23" H Base measures 4 1 4" x 4 1 4" **Available for local pickup in the local Philadelphia area!
