I wasn't able to track down a specific issue where this panel appears (please let me know in the comments if you do!) but there's a good chance it's from Maximum Carnage, a big storyline that spanned through all the ongoing Spider-Man comics in 1993, and saw Carnage do what he does best, spread death and havoc, this time with a makeshift "family" of superpowered maniacs
The man lands range in their power massively and don't fit into any one group
On the rare occasion that you dont outright win the game with this, all you need is a free sacrifice outlet so that you can at the very least Plague Wind your opponent out of the game and then win the next turn
Then after crafting, you get the X/X Skeleton Horror with power/toughness equal to the power of what was crafted
It doesnt need to have shuffling effects to fix the top of your library and can let you see just as many cards as Brainstorm
The process fringes on the haptic feedback your device gives when opening the top of each pack, making it a satisfying experience each time
