Looking at this card now from a gameplay point of view, its almost hilariously awkward to use with up to three different energy types and attacks that rely on coin flips to be effective

It fits best in aggressive artifact-heavy decks

And Im not going to run through every commander that you could use in theory, so Ill use Maelstrom Wanderer as an oddball Temur commander that you could run for sea creatures
