If you dont want to look too hard for creatures that inherently have haste, this also isnt a problem, as you can simply give all of them haste with cards like Fervor, Concordant Crossroads, Rhythm of the Wild, or Fires of Yavimaya, making construction of a deck revolving around this card or Ogniss inclusion in a similarly aggressive deck quite manageable
Considering tutors are often either setting up a winning turn or a desperate move to search for land, dropping an Opposition Agent at the right time can be stone-cold brutal
Quicksilver Amulet, Elvish Piper, Garruk, Caller of Beasts, and (if in White) Hunting Grounds can put creatures from your hand into play
That means that this could play a backup role in that deck but would need ammunition to get things started
Double strike is an evergreen keyword, so you can expect it to appear in every set
