Typically with expensive Commanders, they can be powerful, but if they get removed multiple times, it can be hard to utilize them effectively

The final chapter also flips the card into the land Jurassic Park, which gives all your Dinosaur cards escape, an ability that lets you cast them from your graveyard

With a four power three drop she is more powerful at getting in Commander damage kills as we'd prefer a four power to a four toughness and her evergreen ability is evasion so she can slip through some defenses
