The casting cost isn't all that helpful unless you are after devotion, otherwise it just harms you ability to play colourless lands
I recommend this for anyone playing Zombies or Knights in Commander
Outright land destruction like Armageddon doesnt fit our typical model of permanents-with-static-abilities but at the very least we can admit that those spells complement our overall strategy
That makes investing your mana into it less risky as youll likely get something from it either way
Participants will receive a non-foil copy of Preordain as "Prophetic Beginning." The Top 8 of the event will also receive a traditional foil copy of Death's Shadow as "Diabolos, Guardian Force." And, finally, for the player who wins it all: a traditional foil copy of City of Brass as "Bhujerba, Floating City." To add to the excitement, WPN Premium stores will also receive non-foil copies of the Death's Shadow and City of Brass promo cards, each with the name of the store stamped onto the card
A heavily-played meta-defining card that's usually played as a 4-of across multiple formats is likely to have a higher pricetag than a one-off tech card that only sees play in the sideboard of one deck
