I've found these to be particularly useful the turn after a board wipe where you have enough mana to re-cast Ultimecia, Temporal ThreatUltimecia, Temporal Threat but are in need of a creature to attack with that turn

Because they can tribute summon, we have access to different things that cant be usually played

Delta Pokmon is also one of the few occasions where the Pokmon TCG has tentatively experimented with making its own lore - something I think it should do way more often

Also, there's no reason to buy more than two copies , since the flair is only visible during battles, and you can only have two copies of Lucario ex in your deck.
