Lifelink is nice too, but we dont really want three-mana 3/1s for our constructed decks without a better ability

King Macar, the Gold-Cursed works if you care about lots of artifacts but, honestly, I haven't thought of extending the theme away from the other four colours in a very obvious way

Equipment strategies just aren't a goer, historically, in Constructed, even with so many equipment cards around nowadays that make their own bodies

Using them just to get a hit in is sometimes good, but not enough to warrant playing an otherwise useless card
