Synergizes with Mist Energy and Gardevoir ex for Energy transfer

Falls short: Deck builder is secondary to the scanning and collection features

Also, the colours are beyond beautiful, and make the whole scene incredibly calming

Condemn can be turned off by astute players that know to watch for unfavorable exchanges with it (think attacking with Meddling Mage or something), but that also makes for crazy amounts of bluffing fun that Path to Exile usually doesn't have

The only knock I have on this card is that it has a somewhat low hp for a stage 2 card, but besides that, it has a decent retreat cost, and two great moves, and Flamethrower should be able to knock out most Pokemon in one move, all Pokemon in two moves, so as long as you can evolve Torchic up to Blaziken on your bench this card can be very dominant and a must have for any fire type deck out there
