There are some cards that I could see coming off this section, especially if the Commander bracket system continues to help WotC make adjustments

The lines dividing Standard card design from Modern or Commander card design are more blurred than ever before, but those formats still have very different priorities that lead different strategies to rise to the top

Sumala Rumblers This is just a clean use of the myriad mechanic on a relatively obscure card from Ravnica: Clue Edition

The deck easily spreads counters to all its creatures and moves them around as needed

My rankings are trying to take into account the entirety of when the cards are in Standard and not just to begin the format, so obviously everything can and will change as new sets are released, but thats the fun of it

Sadly this is only a one of the 99 candidate
