However, these split cards are permanents that enter the battlefield when they resolve, and the second room can be opened at a later time by paying its mana cost

Most of the legends matter stuff is on a handful of underperforming rares though (i.e., Clive's Hideaway, Serah Farron), so dont expect to build around legends specifically
