If you can build a deck to maximize it in regular Commander, as in cheese decks like Chulane, Teller of Tales or Clement, the Worrywort, thats the ticket to enjoying that late 90s life
Japanese Showcase cards are an incredibly vibrant variant of standard cards in Magic: The Gathering
I'm NOT providing card-for-card swaps for these, but the general rule of thumb is take out cards that fulfill the same role but worse: take out a land for a land, removal for removal, card draw for card draw, etc
It also plays a bunch of Golgari classics like Preacher of the Schism, Sentinel of the Nameless City, and Maelstrom Pulse
Despite being a little polar I do like the security of this card and will fairly happily play it
