It is clear to me that the value in this Lair will definitely spark from the IP depicted on the cards and the quality of the art (which is high)
Sacrifice those tokens at end of combat. The real stinger, though, is the final part, which reads: Whenever Shredder deals combat damage to a player, that player loses half their life, rounded up. The idea is that your Shredder, or its clones, will do damage to an opponent and halve their life total - but if you get Bloodletter of Aclazotz on the field, you can finish them
Untap all attacking creatures and goad them
Not only that, but they could easily become mainstays of Pioneer or even Modern, given the right deck
The only thing stopping this seeing more play will be the quantity of decks that actually want to play it
