With time and with the right push, the price point may approach $15 or even $20+

It was inspired by an ability of a Vanguard card called Momir Vig, which allows you to discard a card, pay X amount of mana, and put a random creature in play with mana value X

As with some others on this list, it can get out of hand pretty swiftly, and while Wizards would get more ambitious in the years since, it remains a really fun deck (Ive upgraded mine)
