If you are interested in getting this card, its actually going to be included in the Ruby/Sapphire starter deck
As I say, there's a lot going on for a fairly high cost, and I struggle to see this card seeing too much play given the setup required to cast it for its Shift cost, especially in Ruby & Steel decks which typically skew far more aggressive
