He's also kind of an interesting quandary for removal: he's not really THAT worth spending removal on, but you also don't really want him sticking around
Even though this card has a low retreat cost, and can do a fair amount of damage with any type of energy cards, I am still going to give this card a below average rating, it is too slow for my likes and if you spend the time to get three energy cards on Scyther you may get knocked out quite soon since it only has 80 hp
Present Arms swaps your library with another deck you own from outside the game and use that one instead ("library" and "deck" both refer to the same thing, but the former is used to refer to it in-game, whereas the latter is used to refer to it outside of the game)
All of these high-value cards, which include things like Charizard and Pikachu "grails", are already graded either PSA 9 or PSA 10
