Japanese cards use different stock, sizing, and print standards, and CGI Vision AI accounts for those when it scans original Pocket Monsters releases, VS series, and modern Japanese exclusives
Jack(7) and to a lesser extent Toby(4) have had a fantastic time playing this and I know this is going to be a firm feature moving forward but to get a decent deck is far too expensive and considering standard play means you can only use cards from the last 4 sets you have to continuously buy more cards to keep playing
Sometimes it can be good to sacrifice a cheap location just to stop your opponent from earning lore on their turn, especially if you're going to be able to follow up with Genie or Elsa's Ice Palace to keep that exerted character exerted
This iteration competes with the Supreme Victors Articuno as the two brightest copies, but Articuno's design doesn't stand out from the background as clearly in this image
And for the current Final Fantasy spoiler season, I have picked my personal flavor win favorites that show not just clever card design, but effects and abilities that manage to almost perfectly represent the thing that the card represents
