Weatherlight continued the run of fascinating, stylized artwork featured on cards in the prior two sets ( Mirage and Visions ), which always serve as a delicious dose of nostalgia for older Magic -heads out there (couldn't be me)
Its been creeping up in price for months and seems primed to end up at $30 before long
However, with the collectible nature of Secret Lair cards, youre hardly likely to see these cards in anyones deck: Lands of the Forgotten Realms Finally, we have a set of Land cards which feature beautifully painted locations from the Forgotten Realms
I really dont get why this card got printed, not just in this precon, but the card as a whole
And with a boatload of enchantments-matter cards in "Savage Auras," I'll be throwing in Opalescence (one of my old favorites) to make them matter a little more
The 0 ability mills 10 cards at once, which becomes downright terrifying if you have something like Bruvac the Grandiloquent to double the effect
