Giving every sliver (and changeling, lets be real about how these decks are built) Poisonous 1 might not seem too ridiculous by itself, but thats kind of the deal with Slivers
Actually, Act on Impulse was not the first card to employ this idea
Strength : Surrounded by a star shape and situated on the right hand side of the card, strength is the amount of damage that a character deals when they challenge another character Willpower : Next to the strength stat is willpower, surrounded by a shield shape
It's unclear whether this was the most necessary of the Slivers, but it was the one that frustrated the most opposing plans to deal with the problem and even opened up new game plans when the card advantage resulting from saving your creatures could allow Sliver decks to go the control route when backed up by counters and removal spells
This deck is an absolute blast, and with its massive acceleration and powerful landfall triggers, can very quickly overwhelm your opponent
Otherwise, you may return this creature to its owner's hand
