There simply isn't any extra value left in Masters sets, and with prices so low online and so high at Wal-Mart and Target, at $10 a pack, it doesn't make any sense to ever purchase a booster of a Masters set from a big-box store
Unfortunately, it is fairly easy to open a booster box from The First Chapter and take out packs
