Edgar Markov Edgar Markov is the go-to vampire Commander, with the certainly-broken Eminence ability (shared by another one of MTGs best commanders who just missed out on the list, The Ur-Dragon), allowing it to generate endless vampire tokens without ever even being cast and in a way that cant be interacted with
The latter lets you cast a red or green creature spell for free, then you put three +1/+1 tokens on a target creature, and then you double a creature's power and toughness and give it trample until end of turn
We don't need to discuss each of these cards that much because, in the end, they're similar
